What is a virtual model and how do I create one?
A virtual model is an AI-generated person you can use for marketing campaigns. In FrameClo you can create one from traits, choose one from the model gallery, or upload real photos with explicit legal consent.
Can I use photos of real people?
Yes, but only if you have explicit authorization for that use, including AI generation or modification and commercial use when applicable. The platform asks you to accept the legal policies before processing them.
How does video generation work?
The Studio generates clips with the same model from your photoshoots. You can create formats such as AI clone, studio shoot or daily look, with 5 to 15 second durations depending on the type.
How do I upload my garments?
You can upload garments manually, prepare them on a clean background when needed, and save them in your catalog to reuse in photos, campaigns and videos.
What is a credit and how is it used?
Credits measure generation usage. A 2K studio photo costs 15 credits, 4K costs 30 credits, studio or daily-look videos cost 60 credits, and AI clone is charged per second on Pro and Ultra.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The free trial includes 75 welcome credits to test the Studio without a card. Go starts at $31.99 per month for image creation, and you can cancel from the billing portal.
How does billing work and can I cancel?
