Terms of service
Last updated: May 11, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of FrameClo, a B2B platform for creating fashion and ecommerce visuals with AI tools.
1. Who operates the service
FrameClo is operated by FrameClo Technologies S.L.. Our operational contact address is Madrid, España. You can contact us at legal@frameclo.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, buying credits or using the platform, you accept these terms and the linked policies.
3. Service
FrameClo lets you upload garments, products, visual references and configuration data to generate images, videos, virtual models, mockups and creative variations for fashion, ecommerce, marketing and brand content.
AI outputs may vary, contain artifacts or differ from your aesthetic expectations. We do not guarantee a specific result or that any external platform will approve a generated asset.
4. Account and security
You must keep your credentials confidential and control who accesses your workspace. You are responsible for activity from your account, except unauthorized use that is not attributable to you.
We may block or limit accounts if we detect abuse, fraud, technical risk, non-payment, rights infringement or breach of these terms.
5. Plans, payments and credits
Paid plans are offered monthly or quarterly. We do not offer annual subscriptions. Payments are processed through Stripe, and prices, limits and included credits are those shown on the pricing page or at checkout when you subscribe.
Credits are internal digital units for generation, export, video, model and other platform actions. They have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for money.
Plan credits are granted per billing period. Extra credit packs stay in your balance unless there is a refund, abuse, fraud or documented operational adjustment, and are governed by the refunds and cancellation policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use FrameClo for illegal, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, discriminatory, violent, misleading political or rights-infringing content.
You also may not bypass technical limits, automate unauthorized access, overload the service, scrape data, attack the platform or manipulate security and billing systems.
7. Real people and consent
You may upload or use images, video, voice or traits of real people only if you have explicit permission for that use, including commercial use and AI generation or modification where applicable.
Non-consensual impersonation, deepfakes, false endorsements and degrading, sexualized or deceptive content about real people, celebrities, influencers, employees, customers, minors or public figures are prohibited.
If an output is or may be perceived as a deepfake, imitation or AI manipulated content, you are responsible for complying with applicable transparency rules, including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 when those obligations apply.
8. Rights in inputs and outputs
You keep the rights you already have in the materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, display and deliver those materials and generated outputs to provide the service.
To the extent permitted by law, you may use outputs commercially as long as your inputs, instructions and final use do not infringe third-party rights or our policies.
We do not use your private content to train our own models or for public marketing materials without permission. Infrastructure providers may process it when needed to deliver the requested feature.
9. Third-party services
FrameClo relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication, payments, email, storage, AI, video, security, logs and operational support. Those providers process data only as needed to provide, protect or improve the service.
10. Availability and changes
We may change features, models, credit costs, limits, settings, providers, export formats or plans when needed for cost, security, third-party availability, quality or product evolution.
We try to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a total absence of errors.
11. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, refunds, consumed credits, failed generations and payment disputes are governed by the refunds and cancellation policy.
12. Limitation of liability
FrameClo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, reputational harm or business decisions made based on generated outputs.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have paid us nothing, unless applicable law does not allow that limitation.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence. The courts of Madrid will have jurisdiction unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
