Cookie policy
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This policy explains how FrameClo uses cookies and similar technologies on the website and platform.
1. What they are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser to remember session, preference or security information. Similar technologies include local storage, technical identifiers, pixels, SDKs and browser logs.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
We use cookies and technical storage that are necessary for login, sessions, authentication, security, language, abuse protection, Stripe payments and basic platform operation.
These cookies cannot be disabled from a banner because they are needed to provide the service. You can block them in your browser, but FrameClo may stop working correctly.
3. Preferences
We may store preferences such as language, interface, onboarding state, pending plan or experience settings so you do not have to set them again.
4. Analytics and marketing
We currently do not declare behavioral advertising cookies or retargeting pixels as a necessary part of FrameClo. If we add non-essential analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
5. Technical third parties
Some providers may set cookies or technical identifiers when you interact with their services, for example Stripe for payment, Supabase for authentication or storage, Vercel for security and delivery, and abuse-protection providers.
6. How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies from your browser. You can also review site permissions, local storage and device privacy controls. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, payment or saving your work.
7. Contact
