Cancellations and refunds

Project-specific payment and cancellation terms appear in each accepted proposal. This policy applies when the proposal is silent.
1. Deposits and production costs
A deposit reserves production capacity and may become non-refundable once work starts. Approved third-party expenses and work already performed remain payable if the client cancels.
2. Cancellation or rescheduling
Tell us as early as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to reschedule, but changes may affect timing and price. Any refundable balance is calculated after deducting completed work, reserved time and non-recoverable costs.
3. Revisions and technical defects
Creative preference is handled through the revision rounds in the project scope. If a delivered file has a verified technical defect, we will first repair or replace it. A refund may be offered when the agreed deliverable cannot reasonably be supplied.
4. Mandatory rights and contact
