Refunds and cancellation policy

This policy applies to subscriptions, credits, AI generations, exports, videos, models and digital purchases inside FrameClo.

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected interval: monthly or quarterly. You can cancel from the billing portal or by contacting us.

Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then, subject to non-payment, abuse or policy violations.

2. Credits

Credits are internal digital units. They have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for money.

Credits are consumed when you request generation, editing, video, model or other actions that show a credit cost. If an operation fails due to a technical error and does not produce a usable output, FrameClo may return credits automatically or adjust the balance manually.

3. Refunds

Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription payments, partial periods, unused credits, already consumed credits, promotions and discounts are non-refundable.

We may review refunds or adjustments for duplicate charges, verifiable accidental charges, fraud, severe technical failure, unused mistaken purchases or exceptional circumstances.

4. AI result quality

A generation that produces aesthetic variations, artifacts, style differences or results that do not match a subjective preference is not automatically considered failed.

If the system records a real failure before completing the generation, we will try to return the associated credits or correct the incident.

5. Plan changes

Upgrades, downgrades or changes to Ultra may apply immediately or in the next cycle depending on Stripe configuration and what checkout displays. Amounts, periods, prorations or immediate charges will be shown before payment confirmation.

6. EU withdrawal right

If you act as a consumer in the European Union, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within the applicable legal period. That right may be limited or lost when you request immediate access to services or digital content and start using credits or receiving outputs, to the extent permitted by law.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you open a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we may temporarily suspend the account while the case is investigated. We reserve the right to respond to disputes we consider invalid, abusive or contrary to usage and billing records.
