AI and acceptable use

FrameClo combines creative direction, human review and AI-assisted production. These rules apply to supplied materials and delivered work.
1. Rights and consent
Clients must have the rights and permissions needed for every logo, product, reference, likeness and other material they provide. Do not request impersonation or use of a real person without a lawful basis and any consent required for the intended use.
2. Prohibited projects
We do not accept unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or exploitative content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; fraud; political manipulation; or content designed to facilitate violence or serious harm.
3. Review and transparency
Generative outputs can contain inaccuracies or visual artefacts. FrameClo reviews production, but the client must approve the final context, claims and publication. The client is responsible for any AI disclosure or labelling required by applicable law, advertising rules or the publishing platform.
4. Enforcement
We may reject, pause or terminate work that conflicts with this policy or creates material legal, safety or reputational risk. Send questions to legal@frameclo.com.
