AI content and acceptable use policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This policy defines what you can and cannot do with FrameClo AI features, files, instructions, models, images, videos and exports.

1. Core rule

You may use FrameClo only if you have the right to use the materials you upload and to create the outputs you generate. You are responsible for your inputs, instructions, files, outputs, downloads, publications and commercial use.

2. Permitted uses

FrameClo is designed for legitimate fashion, ecommerce, agency, creator and marketing workflows: AI fashion shoots, product visuals, lookbooks, campaign content, ads, social media, product videos, mockups and internal creative exploration.

3. Garments, logos and brands

Do not upload third-party products, designs, prints, logos, graphics, works, patterns or pieces unless you have permission to use them.

Counterfeits, false ads for brands you do not represent, misleading competitor imitations and content suggesting collaborations, endorsements or rights that do not exist are prohibited.

4. Real people

Do not upload or use the image, voice, face, body, name, traits or likeness of real people without sufficient authorization. This includes models, influencers, customers, employees, founders, celebrities, politicians, public figures, private individuals and minors.

Non-consensual deepfakes, false endorsements, impersonation, and sexualized, degrading, defamatory, deceptive or invasive content about real people are prohibited.

5. Minors

You may not create exploitative, sexualized, unsafe or inappropriate content involving minors. If you sell childrenswear and need related content, you must strictly follow the law, permissions, platform rules and safety requirements.

6. Prohibited content

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or defamatory content.
  • Hate, discrimination, harassment, threats or violence.
  • Terrorism, extremism, self-harm or graphic harm.
  • Pornography, sexual exploitation or prohibited nudity.
  • Political, electoral or public-interest manipulation.
  • False endorsements by celebrities, brands or public figures.
  • Copyright, trademark, design, image or privacy infringement.
  • Attempts to bypass filters, limits, payments or technical controls.

7. Transparency

FrameClo uses AI to generate or modify visual content. Outputs may be fully or partially synthetic. When required by law, a platform, an advertising policy or a professional standard, you must label or disclose that the content was generated or modified with AI.

In the European Union, the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence generally start applying on August 2, 2026. If you generate or manipulate image, audio or video that is a deepfake or may make people believe it is authentic, you must clearly disclose that it was AI-generated or manipulated where required. Do not remove AI marks, metadata or notices that help with compliance.

8. External platforms

If you publish outputs on Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplaces, ecommerce platforms or other channels, you are responsible for following their rules. FrameClo does not guarantee approval by any external channel.

9. Review and measures

We may review, block, remove or restrict instructions, files, generations, exports, features or accounts if we believe they breach this policy or create legal, technical, reputational or security risk.

Depending on severity, we may warn, withhold or return credits, block generations, suspend features, close accounts or report content where legally necessary.

10. Report abuse

To report misuse, send URLs, screenshots, account details and a description of the issue to legal@frameclo.com.
