Legal consent: working with real models
What to document before using the image, voice or traits of a real person in AI content.
If you upload photos, videos, voice or traits of a real person, make sure you have authorization for that exact use. Permission should cover AI processing, commercial use and the channels where the content will be published.
Keep evidence outside a chat thread: contract, authorization, signed email or equivalent document. FrameClo can help organize the workflow, but it does not replace your obligation to obtain and keep valid permissions.
Avoid impersonation, false endorsements and content that could make people think someone participated in, recommended or approved something when they did not. When law or a platform requires it, disclose that the content was generated or modified with AI.
